Every real estate company has a boilerplate statement about how and why they offer the best solutions for clients. The same can't be said for client testimonials. These statements are indicators of service and quality, which is why they've become so popular in helping future customers make decisions about who to choose. It's raw feedback in the customers own words - so you don't have to guess what other people experienced before you make a final decision about who will be in your corner.

Jack Clarke recently acted as my realtor when I sold a condo for my mom’s estate.  In years past, he had acted as a realtor for my parents, so I had some knowledge of him and the benefit of my parents’ positive experience as a starting point.  Jack was very thorough in researching and providing information about current comparable properties so that we could come up with a good list price.  It was a bit tricky, given we were in the middle of the COVID crisis and the housing market was not behaving in a predictable way.  One thing that I particularly appreciated was that Jack never gave me what I would call “false encouragement” about pricing, negotiating, or what was happening with showings and enquiries.  He relied on current market data to help me make decisions, and was very willing to listen to and act on my concerns and suggestions throughout the process.  Jack was also able to recommend other professionals (such as an electrician and a lawyer) when I needed them as part of selling the condo.  I would describe Jack as calm, pleasant, knowledgeable, and really patient about explaining things.  He was always quick to return my calls or texts.  In all of our interactions, I had the sense that he was an honest and kind person, and I never felt that he was trying to rush me or cut corners.  Based on my experience, I feel I can highly recommend Jack’s services to others, and I would be happy to work with him again myself.

We recently retired and moved from B.C. to Alberta to be closer to family. This couldn’t have happened without the assistance of Jack Clarke and his team to help us find the right home.  We initially made contact with him earlier in the year when we called about a home we had interest in. He was quick to respond, and let us know that that house was no longer available, he offered to meet with us to better understand what we were looking for.
